## Abstract ^13^C CP/MAS NMR spectra were recorded to characterize the solid‐state conformation of flavonoids: galangin, kaempferol, quercetin, myricetin, chrysin, apigenin, luteolin, acacetin, hesperetin and naringenin. Correct assignment of the signals in solution‐state spectra (using APT, HSQC a
