✦ Synopsis
Die eigentliche Bedeutung des Harnstoff-Kreislaufs ist nicht geklart. Nach 3-bis Zltiigiger Verabreichung von 100 mg [15N]-Harnstoff/l lieB sich bei 15 Sauglingen ein [lSN]-ExzeDwert von 0,06 im Serumprotein nachweisen. Unter Eugrundelegung eines Proteingehaltes von 11,4 % der Korpermasse und einer gleichmaDigen Verteilung des [15N] im Korper laDt sich daraus eine Retention des Harnstoffstickstoffs im Proteinpool von 40,4% der Zufuhr errechnen. Bei einem Anteil des Harnstoffstickstoffs von 6,5% am Gesamtstickstoff der Frauenmilch betragt der Anteil des Harnstoffstickstoffs am Nettoproteinansatz 6,5 (3,l-11,8) %.
