The separation of 13 C by infrared multiple photon decomposition (IRMPD) of CF2HC1 has been parametrically studied in relation with some key parameters such as the laser fluence, the number of laser pulses, and the gas pressure. The process selectivity, the depletion of the 13C isotope in the residu
