✦ Synopsis

The use of a 13C HMQC spectrum recorded at natural abundance with a 2D 'H NOESY spectrum for assignments in a 14mer duplex DNA is illustrated. Unambiguous assignments for all the nonexchangeable 13C and 'H were obtained.
