The results of 69 thumb flexor tendon graftings have been evaluated. Various surgical treatments, dependent on the loealisation of the tendon cut, are discussed. It was demonstrated, that primary flexor tenoplasty and Z-shaped lengthening of the thumb flexor tendon are very promising. Zusammen/assun
