✦ Synopsis

Measurements were carried out with 10 strong neutron capture ~-rays having simple spin relations. Within the experimental error, the theory was confirmed. In most cases, however, only the direction of circular polarization was determined with certainty. In the simple cases investigated, this was sufficient information to derive some of the spin constants of the reactions.
