I would like to share with you my secrets of how to prepare salads using the ingredients in your fridge.
It happens too often that we just do not have enough free time to search for recipes in books on on internet. Then you happen to open the fridge and appears that you simply do not have needed ingredients for the salad you wanted to make. This happened to all of us many times β you sit down to search for recipe, browse many websites and still no idea on what to make. Too much time will pass by, but you wish to make salad for lunch or for light supper quickly and effort-free. And not just some plain boring salad, but with chicken or slice of meat, nuts and various seeds with plenty of greens. Just imagine β prepare and mix ingredients and your perfect salad is done in about 20 minutes. Wouldn't it be wonderful? So, we need to open the fridge and grab everything that is handy β lettuce leaves, vegetables, fruits and even leftover meats from yesterday's supper.
Rule Number One!
Open the fridge, browse for random ingredients, mix them together, add some salt and pepper to taste and finish everything with salad dressing if you wish. This is it! Really!
