✦ Synopsis
The title compound, C 21 H 24 N 2 O 3 , is a zwitterion of the Cinchona alkaloid complex. In the crystal structure, intermolecular O-HÁ Á ÁO and C-HÁ Á ÁO hydrogen bonds link the molecules into one-dimensional double-stranded ladders. The crystal packing is further stabilized by van der Waals forces.
