✦ Synopsis
The molecular structure of the title compound, C 16 H 9 BrF 4 -N 2 O 3 S, is stabilized by an intramolecular C-HÁ Á ÁO hydrogen bond. In the crystal structure, supramolecular layers are formed parallel to the bc plane by an intermolecular C-HÁ Á ÁF hydrogen bond. The CF 3 group was found to be disordered.
