The harsh projects of Fort Green, Brooklyn -- a cruel, unforgiving and treacherous environment in which two young brothers, DiAngelo and Paco Lovett, learn as tender-aged gradeschoolers how to rob, steal and hustle as efficiently as seasoned criminals many years their senior.
