Jack Taggart is pitted against a group of ruthless kidnappers.
Jack Taggart teams up with Constable Alicia Munday to investigate a kidnapping case. After two unsuccessful undercover operations, the Major Crime Unit realizes that someone is leaking information to the kidnappers.
